Please read all terms carefully before placing any order on cheapestsmmservices.com. By creating an account or placing an order, you automatically agree to all the terms mentioned below.

General Guidelines

  • Ensure your account is public and counters (followers, likes, views, etc.) are visible before placing any order.
  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously until the previous order is completed.
  • Orders placed on private accounts or hidden counters will not be processed, and no refund will be provided.
  • Do not use our services for adult, political, extremist, or sensitive content.
  • Any abuse, fraud, or misuse of the system may result in permanent account suspension without notice.
  • Once funds are added, they are non-refundable to bank/payment source and can only be used within the panel.
  • Funds are only deducted when an order is placed. You can verify all transactions in your dashboard.

Account & Usage Policy

  • Changing your account from public to private during an active order may lead to order failure. No refund or refill will be provided.
  • Creating an account or placing an order means you fully accept these terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.

Refill Policy

  • Refills are applicable only if the service includes refill support.
  • No refill will be provided if:
    • Username is changed
    • Account is made private
    • Link becomes invalid or inaccessible

Refill Conditions

  • Refills are calculated based on:
    Start Count + Order Quantity = Expected End Count
  • Refill will be processed only if the count drops below the expected level.
  • Minor drops (less than ~5%) may not be eligible for refill.
  • Refill requests must be made through the Orders section or support.
  • Refill time may vary (typically 24–72 hours, depending on updates/load).

Important Notes

  • Do not place a new order until the previous order is fully completed/refilled.
  • Mixing services from multiple providers for the same link may void refill eligibility.
  • Profiles flagged for review or spam may not receive refills.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds if:
    • Same link is used across multiple panels/providers
    • Incorrect or invalid link is provided by the user
  • If an order cannot be completed:
    • It will be marked Cancelled → Full refund to panel balance
    • If partially completed → Partial refund for remaining quantity

Order Status Meaning

  • Completed → Fully delivered
  • Partial → Partially delivered (remaining amount refunded)
  • Cancelled → Fully refunded

Additional Conditions

  • Refund requests for completed orders must be reported within 24 hours
  • Some fast services may not support cancellation after order start
  • During system updates, refund may be issued instead of refill

  • We act as a mediator between providers and users.
  • Service speed, quality, and delivery depend on providers and may vary.
  • We do not guarantee permanent results, as social media platforms update their systems frequently.

Payments & Security

  • All payments are securely processed.
  • Incorrect payments will be reviewed and refunded within 24 hours.
  • Do not misuse panel payment methods for third-party transactions.

Proof Requirements (Special Services)

  • For services like Live Views or Watch Hours:
    • Provide proper screenshots as proof (including time, username, and stats)
    • Fake proofs will result in account suspension

Final Note

  • System errors may occur occasionally due to multi-provider integration.
  • Users are expected to understand and accept these conditions while using the platform.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
